Terms of service

By using SYNCD, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. SYNCD is a free entertainment game for two players and is provided without accounts or subscriptions.

Appropriate use

Use SYNCD lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person, or submit content that is illegal, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, invasive of privacy, or infringes another person’s rights. Temporary room links should be shared only with the person you intend to play with.

Your answers and display name

You are responsible for the short display name and custom answers you enter. You keep any rights you have in that content and allow SYNCD to process it only as needed to operate the game. Do not enter confidential information or content you do not have the right to use. We may remove or restrict abusive use of the service.

Scores and relationship information

SYNCD compares normalized answers and awards one point for each exact match. Scores, percentages, and verdicts are for entertainment. They are not scientific tests, diagnoses, professional advice, or promises about a friendship or relationship. Players are responsible for how they interpret and discuss their results.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep SYNCD available and accurate, but temporary interruptions, expired rooms, connection problems, or errors may occur. Features, question sets, and these terms may change over time. We may suspend access when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or protection of other users.

Third-party services and advertising

Public guide pages may contain advertising or links to services operated by others. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. An advertisement is not an endorsement by SYNCD, and gameplay never requires clicking an ad. See the privacy policy for information about Google advertising and cookies.

Disclaimer and limitation

SYNCD is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular result, or that every question suits every player. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SYNCD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the game.
